Typically, I am told that the item is not for sale because there is no SKU in the system. Some Starbucks employees will ring you up for a different syrup and give you that one if they have enough inventory. I was lucky enough to have two from two different locations that I could compare. I was nervous about ordering from online because of expiration dates and other bait and switch sales. I took a tablespoonful of each multiple times, and there was no difference. The price is more than double what you would pay at a Starbucks but you are getting the real syrup based on my first purchase. Thank you worth the gamble !! - SAL
